License Agreement

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to the person or organization purchasing the source code to use, execute, and to prepare derivative works of the source code. The only restriction is the source code or derivative source code of a directly competitive nature shall not be made available to other prospective customers (eg: do not post this code on public forums).

Perisoft provides free e-mail support for a period of 90 days following purchase. In the event Perisoft does not make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve a support issue during the support period, a refund of the full purchase price of the product will be granted.

THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
